Most property managers will not tell you what they cost until you have given them your phone number. We think that wastes everyone’s time, so here it is.

Of rent actually collected. If the unit earns nothing, neither do we.
Charged once, when a new tenant takes possession. Includes advertising, viewings, screening, and the tenancy agreement.
When an existing tenant signs on for a further term. Keeping a good tenant costs less than replacing one.
All fees are subject to 5% GST.
Do you charge management fees while the unit is vacant?
No
Management is a percentage of rent collected. An empty unit collects nothing, so it costs you nothing in management fees, and it gives us the same reason you have to fill it quickly.
What is not on this page
There is no tiered pricing, no setup fee, and no annual administration charge. If something would cost you money, it is either listed above or it is discussed with you before it happens.
