David Moore

Managing Broker

David Moore is the Broker Owner of Maximum Income Property Management Corp., which he founded in 2008 to meet the growing demand for professional rental management in the Lower Mainland.

He has lived in South Delta since 1970 and has been licensed in real estate and rental management since 1986, giving him a view of the local market that only comes from being part of it.

David established Maximum Income after seeing that landlords and property investors needed management they could rely on. Under his leadership the company has become a fixture in the community, known for professionalism and integrity.

Jacky Wenchao Feng
Associate Broker
Jacky Feng has been with Maximum since the very beginning. He is highly educated with very strong communication skills and is knowledgeable in a variety of housing related domains such as RTA and other laws. He prides himself on being honest and trustworthy. Jacky is a fluent Mandarin speaker with deep roots in Greater Vancouver and in Chinese culture. His goal is to let his clients have peace of mind that their property is in trusted hands.
Tracy Argitos

Tracy Argitos has been a dedicated rental manager at Maximum Income Property Management Corp for the past decade. At Maximum she is able to balance a busy career with family life. Beyond managing properties, she plays an active role in her local little league baseball team and is always ready to lend a hand in neighborhood events and initiatives.
Trevor Fournier
Property Manager
Trevor has over 10 years of experience managing residential rental properties in B.C. Trevor’s professional approach combines a firm yet fair negotiating style. He has found his strong communication skills, extensive dispute resolution skills and deep knowledge of the tenancy regulations are a major asset in maximizing the value of his clients’ rental property income and avoiding costly conflicts. He is committed to providing a personalized service and sharing his rental market experience and resources to handle any challenges that his clients’ are faced with. Outside of his passion for real estate, he enjoys trail running and spending time with his family in the community.
James Chi

With over four years of hands-on experience in rental property management, James takes pride in delivering personalized service that builds strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants. James believes in clear communication, quick responsiveness, and creating a sense of trust and comfort for everyone involved. Whether it’s finding the right tenants, handling maintenance, or ensuring compliance, he is committed to managing each property as if it were his own. James’ goal is to make rental ownership stress-free for landlords while providing tenants with a respectful and responsive rental experience.

Amar Mehat has been a dedicated rental manager at Maximum Income Property Management Corp for the past decade. Amar's journey began in London, where he grew up before coming to Canada. He is fluent in Punjabi and Amar maintains deep connections within his community, which grants him a unique advantage in understanding and catering to the diverse needs of his clients. Amar's approach highlights the importance of cultural awareness and community engagement as well as staying up-to-date on the local market trends in order to make the most informed property management decisions.
